Richard B Vincent

Richard B. Vincent serves as a partner at the law firm of Vincent, Romeo & Rodriguez, LLC, located in Englewood, Colorado. His legal expertise encompasses a wide range of issues affecting the elderly and disabled, such as establishing and maintaining eligibility for Medicaid and other public benefit programs. He also provides services in trust and estate planning, estate administration, conservatorships, and guardianships. Additionally, Mr. Vincent is skilled in disability planning through durable powers of attorney and special needs trusts, and advises on matters related to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, VA benefits, and retirement.

Mr. Vincent graduated with honors from the University of Michigan in 1977. He earned both his law degree and MBA from the University of Denver in 1983, followed by a Certificate in Gerontology from the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work in 1996. He is certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation.

An engaging speaker, Mr. Vincent frequently lectures on topics like long-term care Medicaid planning and special needs trusts. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys international travel, hiking, and mountain climbing.
