Following his tenure at Colorado Legal Services, Mr. Leier became a prosecutor at the Weld County District Attorney’s Office. As a County Court prosecutor, he adeptly managed thousands of cases involving DUI, Driving Under Revocation, assaults, domestic violence, and traffic violations. In the District Court, he handled numerous drug-related cases, from possession to distribution. His role on the Weld County Drug Court treatment team further highlights his prosecutorial experience.
