Marianne Blackwell

Marianne Blackwell is a distinguished attorney in Fort Collins, Colorado, focusing her practice on tax planning, estate planning, and charitable gift planning. She brings a wealth of experience from her previous role in higher education fundraising, where she spent over 15 years, including serving as a senior director in the Offices of Gift Planning at the University of Colorado and Colorado State University. In these roles, she excelled in supporting fundraising initiatives and guiding donors and their advisors in crafting charitable giving strategies within their financial and estate plans.

Marianne earned her B.A. in psychology from the University of Oklahoma in 1982, followed by her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1985. Her legal career spans diverse areas, including bankruptcy, civil litigation, wills, trusts, probate, family law, contracts, and business formation and succession planning, practiced in both Oklahoma and Colorado.
