PHILLIP B. CHUPIK

Phillip B. Chupik, an accomplished attorney with nearly three decades of trial experience, is a partner at Metier Law Firm in Fort Collins, Colorado. Born in Texas, Phil pursued his education at the University of Colorado Boulder, earning a degree in Political Science in 1992. He furthered his legal education at the University of Texas School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate.

Phil began his legal career at the Galveston County District Attorney’s office, where he gained extensive courtroom experience with over fifty jury trials, handling cases from sexual assaults to murders. In 2008, he transitioned to representing injured plaintiffs, leveraging his trial expertise to advocate for those affected by traumatic brain injuries and trucking accidents.

At Metier Law Firm, Phil also specializes in bad faith litigation against insurers. He holds licenses to practice in Colorado, Wyoming, Washington State, and Texas, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court of Colorado and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeal. Phil's commitment to excellence is demonstrated by his graduation from the prestigious Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College in 2012, where he continues to hone his litigation skills.
