Robert D. Pascoe Jr.

Robert D. Pascoe Jr. has been a dedicated resident of Fort Collins, Colorado, for more than 20 years. He began his legal career in 2008 as an associate at a high-volume civil litigation firm. His career path included roles as Policy Director for a national non-profit and as General Counsel for a start-up oil and gas company. Since 2016, Robert has concentrated his practice on Family Law, drawing from his personal experience with divorce to empathize with clients facing similar challenges.

Robert's educational journey began at Colorado State University, where he earned a degree in Philosophy in 1997. Before attending law school, he worked as an arborist, got married, and started a family. He graduated with honors from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2008.

Robert believes that thorough preparation and clear communication are essential for achieving optimal outcomes for his clients. He collaborates closely with them to understand their unique situations and to explain legal options in straightforward terms. This approach empowers clients to make informed decisions about their legal paths. While litigation is not always ideal, Robert recognizes its necessity when negotiations fail.

In addition to his legal practice, Robert is deeply involved in community activities. In 2005, he co-founded the Northern Colorado Climbers Coalition, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and protecting climbing in Northern Colorado. As a current Board of Directors member, he works with state and federal land managers to address climbing impacts and educate climbers on best practices.
