Michael P. Foley Jr.

Michael P. Foley Jr. is a distinguished attorney with a focus on plaintiffs personal injury and workers' compensation cases. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and Suffolk University Law School and was admitted to the Connecticut bar in 1981. With extensive trial experience, Mr. Foley has successfully handled both court and jury trials.

His practice primarily covers personal injury claims, including automobile accidents, site liability, legal and medical negligence, negligent security, construction accidents, and products liability. Notably, he secured an $8,000,000 settlement for an engineer injured by a runaway high rail crane in Queens, New York, and achieved a $3,825,450 arbitration award for a 27-year-old man injured by collapsing stairs at work.

Mr. Foley is an active member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, and the New Haven County Bar Association.
