Patrick J. Kennedy

Patrick J. Kennedy, a partner at the firm and lifelong Connecticut resident, specializes in representing clients in personal injury cases, including medical errors, wrongful death, and product liability. His trial success earned him a place as a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, a distinction for only 500 U.S. trial attorneys under 70. He is a proud member of the Connecticut chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an organization of leading civil litigation lawyers.

Recognized by the Connecticut Law Tribune as a “New Leader in the Law,” Patrick has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for Plaintiffs Product Liability Litigation and Personal Injury Litigation. He resides in Cheshire with his wife and three children.
