Kimberly A. Andrade

Kimberly Andrade has been practicing litigation since earning her law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2001. She began her career with a judicial clerkship at the Connecticut Superior Court, where she supported trial court judges by conducting litigation research and drafting judicial decisions.

Following her clerkship, Kimberly joined a nationally recognized full-service defense firm. There, she handled cases in areas such as dental malpractice, nursing home negligence, insurance coverage disputes, premises liability, and professional malpractice. Her work with major insurance companies provided her with valuable insights that she now applies to representing injured clients and their families.

During law school, Kimberly excelled in a health law clinic, earning recognition for her outstanding advocacy on behalf of the disabled. She holds a Certificate in Health Law, complementing her law degree. Her dual expertise is further enriched by her experience as a registered nurse, where she provided direct patient care in various settings, including homes, nursing facilities, and medical offices.

Kimberly's unique combination of healthcare and legal experience allows her to understand both the technical and personal aspects of injury and illness. Her background in defense provides her with an understanding of insurance company tactics, enabling her to effectively guide injured individuals in securing the compensation they deserve.
