Paul A. Lange

Paul A. Lange leads the Law Offices of Paul A. Lange, LLC, a boutique firm with four attorneys and three staff members, based in Stratford, CT, and New York, NY. The firm is dedicated to serving both businesses and individuals in aviation regulatory and commercial matters, handling FBO/airport disputes, aircraft sales and leasing, employment law, and insurance defense and coverage litigation.

With over 30 years of experience in aviation law, Paul began his legal career with the FAA, which laid the foundation for his extensive expertise in the field. He has held significant leadership roles, including serving as past Chair of the NBAA Regulatory Issues Advisory Group and as a member of the NATA Air Charter Committee. Through these positions, he actively advocates for the aviation industry before the FAA, DOT, and NTSB.

Paul is also a certified pilot, holding FAA-issued ATP and CFI, A, I & M certificates. His contributions to the field include numerous publications on aviation regulatory matters relevant to air carriers, repair stations, FBOs/airports, pilots, and mechanics. Additionally, he serves as a director on the audit committee of the New England Air Museum.
