Daniel O Tully

Daniel O. Tully, Esq. is a seasoned attorney with a focus on Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Medicaid Law. Based in Bristol, Connecticut, Attorney Tully's career includes serving as a former Assistant Lawyer General for the State of Connecticut, where he managed cases involving fraudulent transfers and Medicaid issues. His expertise is further demonstrated through his national and state lectures on Elder Law, Medicaid Title XIX, and Total Care Planning for seniors with long-term medical needs.

Attorney Tully has played significant roles in the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), having been elected as one of only three Connecticut attorneys to serve on its Board of Directors, where he completed two consecutive terms. He also contributed as a founding member and former National Chairman of the NAELA Senior Political Action Committee (SR-PAC). Furthermore, he chaired the NAELA 2001 Advanced Institute conference and co-chaired the Legal Practice Area Development/Practice Management Special Interest.

In addition to his national contributions, Attorney Tully has been actively involved with the Connecticut Bar Association, serving on the Executive Committee of its Elder Law Division. He has also been part of the Waiver Task Force at NAELA and served on the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer’s Association Northern Connecticut Chapter.
