Frank C. Bartlett Jr. is a prominent legal professional in Cheshire, Connecticut, known for his significant courtroom achievements. He initially joined Ouellette, Deganis & Gallagher, LLC in Cheshire, focusing on personal injury, medical errors, workers’ compensation, construction, and insurance defense. After a decade of solo practice, he returned to form Bartlett & Grippe, LLC.

Bartlett has effectively represented clients in the Connecticut Supreme, Appellate, and Superior Courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and tribal courts including the Mohegan Gaming Disputes Court and Mahantucket Pequot Tribal Courts. He also appears before the U.S. Tax Court and the Connecticut Workers’ Compensation Commission.
