Joshua Bradford Kons

Joshua B. Kons brings over 17 years of expertise in business and financial services law. He represents business clients in litigation and transactional matters, including consumer and commercial collections. His nationwide practice emphasizes representing individual investors and financial advisors in FINRA arbitration and securities litigation.

Before pursuing a legal career, Mr. Kons gained valuable experience as an equities trader at a large national bank. After earning his law degree, he served as an in-house attorney for a multinational Fortune 500 corporation, handling corporate and commercial transactional matters and commercial collections.

Mr. Kons honed his focus on investor and financial advisor representation in FINRA arbitration at a boutique corporate and securities law firm before establishing his own practice. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law. During law school, he specialized in corporate and securities law and was a senior fellow at the Geoffrey Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law.

Mr. Kons is admitted to the State Bars of California, Connecticut, Illinois, and Wisconsin, and is authorized to practice in multiple U.S. District Courts, including those in California, Wisconsin, Connecticut, North Dakota, Colorado, and Illinois.
