Sally A. Roberts

Sally A. Roberts is an accomplished attorney specializing in civil litigation, operating out of East Hartford, Connecticut. She earned her B.A., cum laude, from Radcliffe College of Harvard University in 1979, and her J.D. from the Washington College of Law at American University in 1982. During law school, she served as Research & Topics Editor for the American University Law Review and worked as a Legal Researcher for U.S. Senator Lowell P. Weicker, Jr.

After completing her education, Ms. Roberts began her legal career in Washington, D.C., as a litigation associate, gaining valuable experience in both state and federal court jury trials. Returning to her roots in Connecticut, she served as a Law Clerk to Chief Presiding Judge Joseph P. Dannehy at the Connecticut Appellate Court from 1984 to 1985. Following her clerkship, she joined Day, Berry & Howard as a litigation associate, where she handled appeals to the Connecticut Supreme and Appellate Courts.

Since establishing her own practice, Ms. Roberts has focused on civil litigation with an emphasis on civil rights, personal injury, wrongful death, car accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, premises liability, medical malpractice, and products liability. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut, including before the Connecticut District Court and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
