Ashling Soares

Ashling Soares has dedicated 14 years to practicing law, representing numerous clients across various legal areas such as divorce, child custody, child protective proceedings, school-related issues, employment disputes, civil litigation, and criminal defense. Her comprehensive legal expertise has been honed through years of committed service.

Ashling earned her B.A. in Sociology from Boston College, where she interned at a private criminal defense law firm. Her legal journey continued at the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude. During her time there, she worked with the University of Miami’s Children and Youth Law Clinic, advocating for current and former foster care youth in cases involving dependency, health care, mental health, disability, independent living, education, immigration, and other civil legal matters.

Further enhancing her litigation skills, Ashling completed internships at both the Miami Public Defender’s Office and the Broward Public Defender’s Office, gaining valuable courtroom experience.
