William P. Lalor

William P. Lalor has dedicated 25 years to providing legal expertise in New York, Connecticut, and North Carolina. He represents a wide range of clients in business disputes, complex insurance coverage, employment disputes and negotiations, probate, real estate, small business, personal injury, and education law. Bill has successfully resolved cases in federal, state, and specialized courts across the nation, working with major clients such as CNA insurers and Lloyd's of London.

In his role as National Coordinating Counsel, Bill has represented prominent companies including Alcoa Inc., Arkema, and BP Chemicals. He is licensed to practice in Connecticut, New York, North Carolina, and Massachusetts, as well as in all U.S. District Courts in New York and Connecticut. His previous experience includes being a partner at a Manhattan law firm, working in CNA's corporate law department, and contributing to tax and advisory practices at PwC and Deloitte.

Bill also has a background in political campaign management, having served as Campaign Manager and counsel for a U.S. House campaign. He earned his J.D. and undergraduate degree in Accounting from Penn State, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the environmental law review. His articles have been featured in prestigious publications such as The New York Law Journal, Forbes, and The Wall Street Journal.

Active in his community in Wilton, Connecticut, Bill has been involved with the Council on Ethics, Parks and Recreation Commission, and chaired the Republican Town Committee from 2017 to 2019. He is passionate about youth sports, coaching soccer, and maintains a robust pro bono docket. Currently, he serves as Of Counsel with the Los Angeles-based firm Early Sullivan Wright Gizer & McRae LLP. Bill resides in Wilton with his wife Jennifer, a Speech-Language Pathologist and Board of Education member, and their children Katelyn and Evan.
