Andrew Bilodeau

Andrew Bilodeau serves as the managing partner at Bilodeau Capalbo, LLC, where he is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Washington DC. In April 2021, he completed his Masters in Business Administration from Northeastern University, enhancing his legal practice with business acumen.

Andrew's legal expertise spans both residential and commercial real estate transactions, including zoning and litigation cases such as adverse possession and boundary line disputes. He also addresses contractor disputes, insurance claim disputes, and negligent home inspections. His role as corporate counsel extends to small and large businesses, real estate developers, and contractors.

His client representation includes national banks, creditors, insurance companies, and businesses involved in raising capital, subscription agreements, transactions, foreclosures, litigation, collection actions, bankruptcies, and receiverships. Andrew is a certified mediator and serves as a Rhode Island Court-appointed Receiver, bringing significant practical experience to his clients.

Before embarking on his legal career, Andrew founded several successful businesses, including a manufacturing company and restaurants. This entrepreneurial background provides him with a deeper understanding of the business and legal challenges his clients face.
