Benjamin Folkinshteyn

Benjamin Folkinshteyn brings extensive expertise in domestic and international dispute resolution, addressing complex issues in contracts, torts, corporate governance litigation, and insurance matters. He provides strategic advice to clients to minimize litigation risks and evaluate legal and business challenges effectively.

Before establishing WFPC, Benjamin honed his skills at leading New York law firms and imparted knowledge as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law, focusing on legal ethics. His practice encompasses representing clients in commercial disputes and investigations across diverse industries, including energy, insurance, and financial services, at state, federal, and international levels. He is adept at conducting internal investigations and overseeing due diligence processes, offering clients comprehensive legal analysis to anticipate litigation outcomes.

Dedicated to community service, Benjamin is a long-standing board member of the Kings Bay YM-YWHA in Brooklyn, NY, and actively contributes to the Penn Law Alumni Society Board of Managers. His commitment extends to civic duties as a member of the City of Stamford’s Board of Ethics.

Benjamin obtained his B.A. and J.D. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was honored with the Order of the Coif. He furthered his education with an LL.M. in International Trade and Business magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law.

He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, the District of Columbia, various federal jurisdictions, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
