Andrew Bilodeau

Andrew Bilodeau serves as the managing partner at Bilodeau Capalbo, LLC, with bar admissions in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Washington DC. He earned his Masters in Business Administration from Northeastern University in April 2021. Andrew's legal expertise spans a variety of practice areas, including residential and commercial real estate transactions, real estate zoning, and litigation involving adverse possession and boundary line disputes. He also handles contractor disputes, insurance claim disputes, and negligent home inspections.

In addition to his real estate work, Andrew serves as corporate counsel for businesses of all sizes, including real estate developers and contractors. His representation extends to national banks, creditors, and insurance companies, assisting them in raising capital, managing subscription agreements, and navigating transactions, foreclosures, litigation, collection actions, bankruptcies, and receiverships. Andrew is recognized as a Rhode Island Court-appointed Receiver and is a Certified Mediator.
