Michael D'Amico

Michael D'Amico is a highly committed trial lawyer with a focus on personal injury and medical malpractice. He actively participates in the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, where he has held the position of Past President. Michael serves on the Board of Governors and various committees, including the Executive, Medical Malpractice, and Legislative Committees, and is Co-Chair of the General Tort Committee. Additionally, he is on the National Advisory Board of the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America.

Michael is dual board-certified in civil trial advocacy and civil pretrial specialty by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, where he has also served on the Board of Examiners. His expertise extends to being a Court Appointed Arbitrator/Fact-Finder in Civil Litigation and a Special Settlement Master for Personal Injury claims in the State of Connecticut Superior Court.
