Colleen is skilled in utilizing Special Needs Trusts to enhance quality of life and safeguard assets for future care. Her expertise in public benefits ensures clients maintain eligibility for government support while navigating the eligibility process.

Before joining Czepiga Daly Pope & Perri, Colleen worked at PLAN of CT, collaborating with families and attorneys to select suitable trust types. Her experience with the Connecticut State Department of Education involved advocating for children under the care of the Connecticut Department of Children and Families (DCF), focusing on special education needs.

In her personal time, Colleen enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and camping, and she is an avid reader and runner. She has completed several marathons, including the Boston Marathon.
