Julianne E. Murray

Julianne E. Murray has been practicing law in Delaware since 2011. She established Murray Law LLC in 2012, driven by a vision to offer legal services rooted in constitutional principles with a personal touch. Julie initially introduced her practice to the community through a daily call-in segment on a local radio show, where she educated listeners on topics like the U.S. Constitution, Delaware Courts, and real estate.

In January 2015, Julie partnered with Ron Phillips to form MurrayPhillips P.A., a collaboration that proved beneficial due to their complementary strengths in criminal defense. This partnership expanded in September 2017 with the addition of Tom Gay, creating the Law Offices of Murray, Phillips & Gay.

Julie's practice primarily focuses on estate planning and administration and criminal defense. Known for her candid and approachable demeanor, she is committed to zealously representing her clients' legal rights. Julie has argued before the Delaware Supreme Court three times, showcasing her passion for the challenges of appellate practice.

Julie's personal life is equally fulfilling. She and her husband Patrick, both pet lovers and avid baseball fans, relocated to Delaware in 2003 from Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
