Ronald D. Phillips Jr. began his legal career as an associate at Hudson, Jones, Jaywork, Williams and Ligouri, practicing in their Dover office. In 1998, he advanced to partner and served as the resident managing partner of the Georgetown office until 2003. That year, Ron established his own practice in Georgetown, which evolved into the Law Offices of Murray, Phillips & Gay.

Ron focuses primarily on criminal defense, handling cases from murder charges to simple traffic infractions.
