Justin Weeks

Justin K. Weeks is a skilled attorney focusing on providing exceptional representation in personal injury and workers' compensation cases. Throughout his career, Justin has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to serving the people of Delaware with integrity and dedication.

Before joining Morris James, Justin gained valuable experience as a Deputy Attorney General for the Delaware Department of Justice. In this capacity, he prosecuted criminal misdemeanor offenses in the Court of Common Pleas for both Kent and Sussex County, honing his skills and gaining a unique perspective on judicial proceedings.

In 2003, Justin enlisted in the United States Air Force Reserves, where he served for nine years as an aerospace maintenance technician. During his service, he was mobilized twice and deployed overseas. While attending law school, Justin volunteered at the Veterans Law Clinic, assisting disabled veterans with their VA disability claims. His dedication to veterans and the community is further exemplified by his time as a volunteer firefighter in the City of Dover.

Justin is admitted to practice law in all state courts in Delaware and Maryland.
