William R. Stewart III

William R. Stewart III is a distinguished legal professional focusing on personal injury and workers’ compensation law. He has a rich history of defending insurance companies in personal injury cases, having spent over a decade working with a regional defense law firm and serving as staff counsel for a major national insurance carrier. Prior to joining Pratcher Krayer, William was associated with another personal injury and workers’ compensation firm in Wilmington, Delaware, where he represented injured parties. His expertise was notably demonstrated when he successfully tried one of the first personal injury cases post-COVID-19, securing a verdict that was over four times the insurance company's final pretrial offer.
