Xiaojuan Huang

Xiaojuan Carrie Huang is a distinguished legal professional admitted to practice in both Delaware and Pennsylvania. Born and raised in China, she completed her B.A. in law at Nanjing University before moving to the United States, where she earned her JD from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. Her early career included a role at the Law Office of Bruce Hudson (Hudson and Castle), where she honed her skills in litigation.

Currently, Xiaojuan focuses on immigration, business formation, commercial litigation, and personal injury and medical malpractice. Her bilingual and bicultural background allows her to effectively establish and strengthen business relationships for international clients. She has successfully assisted numerous Chinese businesses in setting up Delaware entities and has represented a wide range of clients, including businesses, professionals, investors, and individuals, in various legal matters.
