Jeffrey Waxman

Jeff Waxman is an experienced attorney at Morris James in Elsmere, Delaware, focusing on Bankruptcy and Restructuring, Committee Representations, and Distressed Entity, Insolvency Counseling. He advises debtors, official committees of unsecured creditors, equity holders, secured creditors, plan administrators, and liquidating trustees in Chapter 11 proceedings. Jeff also represents Chapter 7 trustees, plaintiffs, and defendants in bankruptcy-related preference and fraudulent transfer litigation.

Before entering private practice, Jeff served as a law clerk for The Honorable Mary F. Walrath at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and The Honorable Michael J. Kaplan at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York.

Jeff co-chairs the Small Businesses and Start-Ups Group at Morris James, offering comprehensive legal services to small business owners.
