Andrew Jay Weinstein

Andrew J. Weinstein is a distinguished Senior Trial Lawyer and Presidential Appointee with a career spanning more than 28 years at the intersection of law, public policy, and international diplomacy. Since 1996, he has served as the Managing Partner of the Weinstein Law Office, where he has adeptly handled several thousand consumer protection cases, recovering millions for clients by exposing deceptive business practices.

His legal acumen has earned him an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, recognition in The Best Lawyers in America (top 5% nationwide), and the titles of Florida Super Lawyer and "Judicial Elite." Mr. Weinstein's leadership extends to serving on the Board of Governors for the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and the Board of Directors for the Florida Justice Association (FJA), where he received the Bronze Eagle Award.

Appointed by President Joe Biden, Mr. Weinstein serves as a U.S. Public Delegate to the UN General Assembly (2022–2024), representing the United States in diplomatic engagements. He contributed to the U.S. National Strategy to Counter Antisemitism as part of the White House policy committee. Under President Barack Obama, he was appointed to the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum Council.

A prominent national political figure, Mr. Weinstein chaired the Democratic Lawyers Council (2017–2023) and co-chaired Lawyers for Biden and Obama. He also served as an Inaugural Visiting Fellow at the Syracuse University Institute for Democracy, Journalism & Citizenship (IDJC). He holds a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University and is admitted to The Florida Bar, as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Eleventh and Federal Circuits and U.S. District Courts.
