Joshua Brownlee

Joshua Brownlee, a partner at JT Law Practice, is a distinguished trial lawyer based in Boca Raton, Florida. He has successfully represented numerous policyholders in both Commercial and Residential Property Insurance claims. Mr. Brownlee has achieved favorable verdicts in several jury trials, securing over $2.5 million in settlements for his clients.

Before embarking on his legal career, Mr. Brownlee earned a bachelor's degree in Public Safety Administration from Florida Atlantic University and became a certified paralegal. His early career included over five years as a paralegal at a prominent Florida law firm, where he handled federal and state judicial matters, including working capital financing, bankruptcy, and property insurance.

Mr. Brownlee attended night classes at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, while continuing his paralegal work. After graduating, he joined a South Florida Plaintiff’s First Party Property Insurance law firm, where his litigation skills led to a rapid promotion to head litigation attorney.

Today, as a partner at JT Law Firm, Mr. Brownlee leads the First Party Property Insurance Litigation team, representing clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
