Michael Fischetti

Michael Fischetti is the founding and managing partner of The Fischetti Law Group, where he emphasizes aggressive representation paired with excellent client communication. Residing in Boynton Beach, Florida, he values his family life with his wife, Elizabeth, and their three children, Zachary, Sydney, and Ryan.

Growing up in a small town in western New York, Mr. Fischetti pursued his higher education at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Political Science, Criminal Justice, and Sociology. During his time at SUNY Plattsburgh, he excelled academically and was recognized with numerous awards for his academic and community contributions. He established the local chapter of Sigma Tau Gamma and was active in several honor societies, including Phi Eta Sigma, Omicron Delta Kappa, Alpha Kappa Delta, and Order of Omega. He also served as a Resident Assistant and was one of 20 Student Ambassadors for the university.

After graduating, Mr. Fischetti moved to South Florida to attend Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. There, he further developed his litigation skills by being selected for the trial team through the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA).
