Patricia C. Wall-Santiago

Patricia C. Wall-Santiago is a passionate and energetic legal counsel specializing in US Immigration and Nationality Law. She earned her law degree in June 2003 from the Interamerican University School of Law. By May 2004, she was admitted to practice law by the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico and began her career working alongside a former INS prosecutor, gaining invaluable hands-on expertise.

Her multicultural education and multilingual skills enable her to effectively assist families from over 15 different countries. Patricia has been a steadfast advocate for the legal rights of foreign nationals and their families, both within the United States and internationally.

On April 8, 2019, Patricia was honored with the “Justice for All Award” by the Coral Gables Police Department. This recognition, part of the National Victim’s Rights Week in collaboration with the US Department of Justice, acknowledged her significant contributions through pro-bono legal services to crime victims. Her work focuses on empowering victims within the criminal justice system and providing critical support through US immigration laws.

Patricia dedicates her practice exclusively to assisting foreign nationals and immigrants interested in business, investment, and residency in the United States. Although her practice is based in South Florida, she represents clients nationwide.
