Vincent Pravato

Vincent Joseph Pravato serves as a founding and managing partner at The Law Office of Wolf & Pravato, P.A., where he oversees the firm's National Development and Marketing division. Under his leadership, the firm has expanded its presence across Florida, with offices in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Fort Myers, West Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, and Tampa. The firm is dedicated to providing exceptional legal counsel in areas such as serious harm, traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death, and product liability.

Vincent's commitment and drive have positioned Wolf & Pravato as a prominent trial firm, often receiving referrals for challenging and intricate cases from other local attorneys. He has made numerous appearances on news programs and has hosted several talk shows focused on legal education and victims' rights.

In his quest to enhance the firm's trial practice, Vincent spearheaded the firm’s involvement in mass tort litigation. Notably, he led efforts in the Chinese Drywall litigation, resulting in a global settlement exceeding $800 million for affected families. Recently, Vincent traveled to Venezuela to assist families impacted by an airplane crash attributed to poor maintenance.

Building on the success of the Chinese Drywall case, Vincent continues to guide Wolf & Pravato’s trial team in handling complex litigation, including multiple aviation disasters, the BP Oil disaster, and Spray Foam Insulation litigation. He is an active member of the Florida Bar, the US District Court-Southern District, the American Bar Association, and the Broward County Bar Association.
