Bradford Michael Gucciardo

Bradford M. Gucciardo is a seasoned attorney committed to assisting stock market investors, particularly those impacted by brokerage misconduct. With a focus on recovering losses, often involving retirement savings, he provides expert legal guidance to brokerage customers.

Mr. Gucciardo's educational journey began at the University of South Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English literature, creative writing, and criminology. A native of New York, he returned to pursue his Juris Doctor degree at St. John’s University School of Law. During his time there, he gained valuable experience as a law clerk in the legal departments of Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Inc., and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Company.

Following his graduation, Mr. Gucciardo worked both in private practice and as an in-house corporate attorney, defending financial services companies and their brokers against customer claims. The events of September 11, 2001, inspired him to broaden his legal practice, prompting a move to Florida, a popular destination for retirees.

Now based in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, Mr. Gucciardo has successfully represented numerous clients in arbitration proceedings through the National Association of Securities Dealers Office of Dispute Resolution (NASD), the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), and the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Although his practice is nationwide, he is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and Florida, operating through the Gucciardo Law Group, P.A.
