Beau Bowin

Beau Bowin established The Bowin Law Group to offer dedicated legal support to individuals and families facing overwhelming debt in Central Florida. Located in Brevard County, Florida, the firm focuses on providing the advocacy that everyday families and small business owners often find difficult to access. Beau's connection to the area began with his education at Brevard Community College, where he earned an associate’s degree. He then advanced to Florida State University to earn a B.S. in Political Science, followed by his legal studies at the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, graduating with honors in 2002.

Beau's legal career commenced as a Judicial Law Clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of Florida, West Palm Beach Division. After his clerkship, he represented major Fortune 500 corporations nationwide. A notable achievement was his role as debtor counsel for Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc. during its Chapter 11 reorganization from 2005 to 2009. During this period, he was recognized by peers as a "Rising Star" in Super Lawyers Magazine in 2010, 2011, and 2013.

Throughout his career, Beau has worked with corporate clients such as Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc., Wachovia Bank, Citigroup, Household Finance Corporation, Florida Power & Light, and General Electric Capital Corporation. These experiences highlighted the disparity in resources between large corporations and families or small businesses. Whether assisting homeowners facing foreclosure, families contemplating bankruptcy, or small businesses seeking conflict resolution, Beau is committed to providing clear guidance and vigorous advocacy to protect legal rights.

The founding of The Bowin Law Group was driven by Beau's desire to bridge the gap and offer Space Coast residents and small businesses the same dedicated legal advocacy typically reserved for larger organizations.
