After law school, Clay began his legal career at High, Stack, Lazenby & Palahach in Coral Gables, Florida, gaining four years of experience in litigation. He later moved to the firm's Melbourne office, serving as managing partner before establishing his own practice in 1997.
In 1999, he co-founded the Law Firm of Morgan & Barbary, P.A., where he concentrated on family law, personal injury, and criminal law. Currently, Clay focuses on family law and mediation, ensuring clients receive quality and affordable legal services.
