Jordan H. Kramer

Jordan H. Kramer has been practicing criminal defense law since 2006 and currently leads his own firm, Jordan H. Kramer, P.A., in Brevard County, Florida. Before establishing his firm, he was a partner at Howze, Monaghan, Theriac & Kramer, PLC. Previously, he served as an Assistant Public Defender in the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, where he gained a reputation for passionately advocating for his clients' constitutional rights.

Throughout his career, Jordan has successfully defended a wide range of misdemeanor and felony cases in both Circuit and County Courts. His legal journey began during law school with an externship at the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office in Detroit, Michigan, where he conducted preliminary exams in the 36th District Court.

Jordan earned his Bachelor's degree from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, and a Master’s degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Wayne State University, focusing on persuasion and negotiation techniques. He completed his law degree at Michigan State University, specializing in criminal law.

In addition to his legal practice, Jordan is committed to community involvement. He actively participates in the Cocoa Beach Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and as the Chamber’s Attorney. He is licensed to practice law in both Michigan and Florida and is a member of the Brevard County Bar Association, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
