Robyn Willson Hattaway

Robyn Willson Hattaway is a distinguished attorney with extensive experience in litigation involving large publicly held corporations. Her practice spans both federal and state courts, focusing on civil entitlements litigation, employment law, real property litigation, franchise negotiations, and business litigation. Recently, she has pivoted towards assisting injured parties with strategic business planning. Her services include drafting operating agreements and sales contracts, negotiating contracts, and advising diverse businesses, including multi-specialty medical groups, individual physicians, pharmacology research specialists, new franchisees, expanding family-owned enterprises, and design startups.

Robyn Willson Hattaway served as a Commissioner of the Canaveral Port Authority from 2018 to 2022. During her tenure, she established the Junior Port Ambassador Program, aimed at providing local youth with education on job opportunities and workforce development.

Ms. Hattaway is an alumna of LEAD Brevard (2014) and WeVenture’s ATHENA NextGen Women’s Leadership Program (2017). She actively serves on the Board of Directors for LEAD Brevard and is a member of the Brevard County Civilian/Military Council. Her commitment to volunteerism is evident through her contributions to organizations such as Brevard Public Schools, Literacy for Adults in Brevard, LEAD Brevard, Brevard Art Museum Council of 100, Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS), Florida Supreme Court Justice Teaching Program, and 2-1-1 Brevard.
