Phillip B. Rarick brings nearly 30 years of extensive experience in both private and public courtroom settings. A native of Indiana, Mr. Rarick earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, and his J.D. from Indiana University Law School, Indianapolis. From 1983 to 1987, he served as counsel to the National Association of Attorneys General. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Outside of his professional commitments, Mr. Rarick is married to Nancy C. Rarick and is the father of three children: Ashley, Joshua, and Hannah. Though retired from coaching, he dedicated over thirteen years to youth basketball and soccer in the Miami Lakes and Weston communities.
