Scott L. Silver

Scott L. Silver has dedicated his legal career to the field of securities and financial services law. His practice primarily focuses on securities arbitration and litigation, as well as plaintiff-side class action litigation. Scott represents both individual investors and institutions in disputes against brokerage firms, investment advisors, commodities firms, and hedge funds.

Scott frequently acts as counsel for receivers and trustees in cases involving the recovery of investor losses from Ponzi schemes. His extensive arbitration experience encompasses proceedings before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the National Futures Association (NFA), and the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Through his efforts in arbitration and court litigation, Scott has successfully recovered millions of dollars for wronged investors.

His representation extends across the United States and internationally, with clients in Europe, South America, Israel, and other regions.
