Mr. Carmen Dellutri

Carmen Dellutri, the Founder and President of the Dellutri Law Group, P.A., is a distinguished attorney in bankruptcy law and personal injury. Certified by the American Board of Certification, he is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court and Family Law Mediator, as well as a Qualified Arbitrator.

Carmen's passion for justice is deeply personal. His commitment to representing victims of drunk driving is driven by his own experiences. During law school, he was the victim of a hit-and-run accident involving a drunk driver. Tragically, he also lost a close friend to a drunk driving incident in Tampa, where his friend was fatally struck by a wrong-way driver.
