Russell Andrews Kerr

In 2007, Russell Andrews Kerr established the Kerr Law Group in Delray Beach, Florida, with a focus on Business and Real Estate Transactions, Civil Litigation, and Immigration Law. He possesses extensive experience in real estate and business matters, managing a wide range of transactions from residential and commercial real estate to small business issues and complex mergers and acquisitions. His dedication extends to assisting clients in the intricate field of Immigration Law by offering practical solutions.

Russell began his legal career at a prominent insurance defense firm in Rockville, Maryland, part of the Washington, D.C. Metro Area. There, he handled cases involving auto misconduct, workers’ financial recovery claims, and prosecuted damage claims related to underground facilities for a major Mid-Atlantic utility. Upon relocating to Florida, he broadened his practice to include corporate, real estate, and commercial litigation.

In South Florida, Russell made notable contributions to the development of a 25 MW biomass facility in the Greater Toronto Area, which became operational in June 2015. He continues to serve on the Board of Directors for Index Energy. Russell earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Russell is authorized to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Florida, the Maryland Court of Appeals, and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
