Andrew Michael Bonderud

Andrew Michael Bonderud is a dedicated trial attorney serving clients throughout Florida. His practice areas include serious personal injury and car accident cases, as well as State and Federal criminal defense, with a focus on intricate white collar criminal matters prosecuted by the US Department of Justice and US Attorney Offices.

Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts with high honors from Vanderbilt University in 2005, followed by a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 2012. Prior to his legal career, he served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy, where he deployed to Latin America with the Joint Inter-Agency Task Force South to combat narcotics trafficking. He also served in the Middle East with the USS Enterprise Strike Group, participating in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.

In 2022, Andrew achieved significant legal successes, including serving as lead counsel in a four-day federal criminal jury trial in Ocala, Florida. He secured an involuntary dismissal of a $35 million health care fraud conspiracy charge in federal court and negotiated a 27-month, below-guidelines sentence for a client indicted for conspiracy to commit access device fraud. Additionally, he negotiated the dismissal of a three-count vehicular homicide case, leading to a plea for a minor traffic violation, and obtained favorable outcomes in labor relations arbitrations and policy limits settlements in auto injury and premises liability cases.
