Jason Hal Haber

Jason H. Haber, a native and current resident of South Florida, co-founded Haber Blank, LLP, where he serves as managing partner. His practice encompasses civil litigation, family and matrimonial law, business transactions, real estate transactions and litigation, community association law, personal injury claims, probate and estate planning, and appellate practice. Jason is authorized to practice in all courts of the State of Florida and the United States Southern District of Florida. His peers have awarded him an AV Rating through Martindale-Hubbell, recognizing his professional excellence.

Beyond his legal practice, Jason contributes to the community as an advisory board member of the Phi Alpha Delta International Foundation and serves as District Justice for Phi Alpha Delta’s District XXXII. He is also involved with the Broward County Alumni Chapter and holds the position of Treasurer at his local synagogue. Previously, he was the President of the University of Miami Alumni Club of Broward and served on the University of Miami Alumni Council.

Jason is an active member of the Broward County Bar Association and supports both Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida and Broward County Legal Aid. He lives in Plantation, Florida, with his wife, Ilea Haber, an architect and interior designer, and their three children, Elliot, Ivy, and Teddy.
