Justin Schneider

Justin Schneider leads the Schneider Injury Office in Broward County, Florida, where he focuses on personal injury law. Recognized as 'The Honest Lawyer,' he emphasizes transparency and client education. His practice includes handling cases related to car accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, drownings, and Uber & Lyft incidents across Florida.

Mr. Schneider's legal career commenced in 2014 at a prestigious Miami law firm, where he dealt with complex construction defect and commercial litigation. His commitment to public service is evident from his tenure with the Florida House of Representatives, addressing legislative matters for District 87.

He further honed his legal skills as a felony prosecutor at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where he first-chaired over 30 jury trials, advocating for victims in significant felony, civil fatality, and juvenile cases. Before establishing his firm, he gained experience at a high-volume plaintiff's firm and a boutique firm, focusing on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, including trucking accidents and traumatic brain injuries.

Mr. Schneider is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law and studied abroad at St. Edmund Hall, Oxford University, focusing on comparative legal contracts and English legal history. During law school, he served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable J. Lawrence Johnston at the Division of Administrative Hearings and was a regional competitor with the BLSA Mock Trial Team. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
