Thomas Walsh

Thomas Walsh, raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan, pursued his higher education in Florida, earning his degree from Florida Gulf Coast University before attending Nova Southeastern University for law school. Throughout his career, Thomas has represented some of the largest automobile manufacturers, safeguarded the interests of small to mid-sized businesses, and drafted contracts for leading tech companies like Google. His experience extends to representing major golf course communities in South Florida, offering a comprehensive understanding of client needs and objectives.

Thomas is licensed to practice law in California, Florida, and Washington, D.C., as well as in several federal courts. He serves businesses in various sectors, including technology, healthcare, transportation, retail, real estate, food and beverage, and hospitality. Thomas advises employers on compliance with complex employment laws and develops robust HR policies, from onboarding documents to employee handbooks.

In addition to his advisory role, Thomas defends companies of all sizes against wage and hour claims, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation actions, as well as class actions and multi-plaintiff lawsuits. Outside of his professional life, Thomas enjoys playing tennis, traveling with his husband, and cooking dishes like pasta and tiramisu.
