David M Lampley

David M. Lampley, a native of Southwest Florida, has built a distinguished career in consumer protection law in Fort Myers. Before pursuing his legal career, Mr. Lampley was an accomplished athletic trainer, serving as head trainer for teams that reached the NCAA playoffs and as an assistant trainer for the NFL's Carolina Panthers. Seeking to return to his roots in Lee County, he transitioned to law, earning his degree from Barry University where he excelled on the Moot Court Honor Board, achieving recognition in both National Sports Law and National Tax Law competitions.

Mr. Lampley began his legal journey advocating for foster children, addressing systemic neglect. His commitment to justice led him back to Southwest Florida, where he joined the Dellutri Law Group. Here, he continues to fight for individuals against large corporations, focusing on violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, state and federal consumer protection laws, and federal statutes related to mortgage lending and servicing such as TILA and RESPA. He also handles consumer bankruptcies.

Mr. Lampley is a member of the Florida Bar, the Lee County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in all State Courts in Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. "There is nothing more satisfying than empowering the 'little guy' to fight for their rights against the vast resources of debt collectors and corporate giants," says Mr. Lampley.
