Mark Daniel Precheur

Mark Daniel Precheur offers a wealth of experience to his legal practice, drawing from a diverse professional background. Before embarking on his legal career, Mark worked as a video editor in Philadelphia, contributing to the postproduction of the Emmy Award-winning show "Trading Spaces." At 35, he made the pivotal decision to pursue law, enrolling in law school where he interned at both the Sarasota State Counsel's Office and the Naples Public Defender's Office.

After earning his degree, Mark served as a Public Defender in Florida's 20th Judicial District in Naples for three years. During this time, he managed over 1,000 misdemeanor cases, honing his courtroom skills through multiple trials. In 2024, he joined the firm, bringing with him a deep understanding of legal proceedings and client advocacy.

Mark's diverse work history, including various jobs during his upbringing, has equipped him with real-world insights into the challenges individuals face. This perspective enhances his ability to serve clients effectively.

Outside of his legal work, Mark is an avid baseball fan who had the memorable experience of attending the World Series in 2008. He resides in Fort Myers, where he enjoys reading, watching TV and movies, and spending quality time with his family in Naples, Florida.
