Theresa Daniels

A native of Lee County, Florida, Theresa Daniels holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Hodges University in Fort Myers. She pursued her legal education at Barry University School of Law in Orlando, where she was actively involved as a Senior Editor for the Barry Law Review and served on the Executive Board of the Barry Association of Women Lawyers. Additionally, she was a member of the Student Trial Advocacy Team and a Certified Courtroom Intern, representing juvenile defendants through the school's Children and Families Clinical program.

Before attending law school, Theresa founded and served as President of Disability Advocates, Inc., in Fort Myers, where she also worked as a Non-Attorney Claimant Representative. She is admitted to practice law in Florida courts and the U.S. District Court-Middle District of Florida. Her professional affiliations include membership in The Florida Bar, the Lee County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
