Julie Aleve Fine

Julie Aleve Fine is a distinguished attorney based in Gainesville, Florida, known for her extensive trial experience and dedication to legal justice. A 2011 graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, she began her career as an Assistant State Attorney in the 8th Judicial Circuit of Florida. Over the years, Ms. Fine has successfully conducted over 40 jury trials, demonstrating her prowess as a trial attorney.

Initially working in the general misdemeanor division, Ms. Fine quickly advanced to the domestic violence division, where she discovered her passion for advocating justice and protecting victims. Her most significant trial experience was gained in the Criminal Traffic Division, where she achieved over 18 trial convictions within two years.

Her outstanding performance in handling DUI cases earned her the 2014 MADD Award for Outstanding Performance in the Prosecution of DUI Cases, a recognition appreciated by local law enforcement.
