Richard Henry Fabiani II

Rick Fabiani has dedicated over ten years to practicing law at Fabiani Law PA, focusing on understanding clients' goals to achieve the most effective outcomes. He excels in representing both individuals and corporate entities in real estate and business transactions, including closing and title services, as well as a broad spectrum of civil litigation.

Rick is known for his adept problem-solving skills in challenging scenarios. He has successfully negotiated and litigated contracts for a diverse clientele, including creative professionals, musicians, programmers, and engineers. His ability to comprehend the unique requirements of clients in dynamic and emerging industries sets him apart.

A Gainesville native, Rick pursued his education in Jacksonville at the Douglas Anderson School of the Arts, where he was the first chair Double Bass in the orchestra. He completed the Honors program at Santa Fe College and obtained his B.A. from the University of Florida, double majoring in anthropology and philosophy. Rick earned his law degree from the Tulane University School of Law in 2008, where he contributed to the Tulane Environmental Law Journal and served in student government and on the honor board. He also gained practical experience as a student attorney at the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic.

Rick was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2008 and is authorized to practice in the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. He previously served on the Eighth Judicial Bar Association Board. Beyond his legal career, Rick is a co-producer of the Tom Petty Birthday Bash music festival in Gainesville and remains active as a musician and competitive fencer.
