Richard Milton Knellinger

Richard Milton Knellinger is a highly respected attorney in Gainesville, Florida, known for his extensive expertise in Family Law, Business Law, Estate Planning, Probate, Civil Appeals, Intellectual Property, Trademarks, Pet Trusts, and Guardianships. He earned his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 1974, following a B.A. from the same university and an A.A. from St Petersburg Junior College in 1969.

Richard Knellinger holds an AV® Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, signifying the highest level of professional excellence. He has served as a Commissioner on the Eighth Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission from 2010 to 2013 and held leadership roles as Past President/Chairman of the Eighth Judicial Bar Association, Gainesville Jaycees, Gainesville Area Innovation Network, and Big Brothers of Alachua County Inc.
